Positive: Communication with the airbetter team was complicated at first as I contacted one number that passed me to multiple other numbers to communicate with via whatsapp. I made sure to communicate a week before arriving to allow the least amount of stress, this then allowed me to find out the extra information I needed to provide. We landed off the flight late at night and the key code wasn't automatically sent, but I asked them and they sent soon after. Team was then quick to reply and address my concerns throughout my stay. Very good mirror and set of draws was useful. Wifi worked well and TV worked. Microwave, kettle and clothes rack were useful. Comfy bed and efficient air con. Lovely pool and location was 10min taxi to the Burj.
Negative: The flat was extremely dirty when we arrived, the place needed a deep clean of dust build up and hair balls in corners. The team did address this by providing a cleaner, but the job wasn't done correctly so we did it ourselves to make us feel more comfortable. There were also dirty sheets stuffed at the top of the wardrobe which was off putting and felt the bed wasn't cleaned. There weren't enough cleaning products, not enough cutlery, would have liked an under-sheet (mattress cover) but wasn't provided, more towels and tea towels would have been nice. Very good fridge and washing machine. Table was too big making it a very cramped room, and making it difficult to move around the very small space. Flat was advertised as 3 people but I cannot imagine 3 adults comfortably staying there. There is no sofa as was advertised. The place also needs way more hooks as nowhere to hang bags, coats or wet towels. Note they don't have a spare key for the cleaners so this must be kept very safe in your possession or even stored in the key box by the door.
Summary: Pleasant stay, tiny studio for 2 adults, good location with balcony views & functional kitchen.
